You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable digital products

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, such as:
