1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. tachdiyour is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
